Tea with Wakame, Kombu and Nori seaweed is a particular infusion that combines the properties of Wakame and Kombu algae with the virtues of Sencha Green Tea and Rooibòs. The Te Sencha is the best known of the Japanese teas and the processing is really characteristic: the Sencha is heated quickly by steam roasting to inhibit the oxidation process of the dried leaf and to make it soft, then the leaf is folded and rolled up to become like a pine needle. This process gives tea a particular and very delicate aroma.

The Rooibos plant is traditionally known for the infusion from the leaves that becomes a fiery red tea. It has a powerful antioxidant and anti-aging action, capable of fighting free radicals.

Tea with Wakame, Kombu and Nori algae should be left to infuse for 2-3 minutes and then filtered with a fine mesh filter. It can be drunk naturally hot without being sweetened or even cold.
