HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Buying on Bioalghe.it is quick and easy. You can decide whether to register on the site or buy as a guest.
The Benefits of Registering ? Simple, creating your own Account you always have the history of your orders, your list of products saved in the DREAM BOX and you can participate in the loyalty program and be entitled to reserved discounts.

The next step is the choice of products: on the product page you want to enter the quantity you want to buy and click on “Add to cart”. Once you have finished the selection of products you just have to go to the checkout to pay: click on CART and then proceed to chekout.

From now on it is sufficient to follow the guided instructions to enter the shipping address, the type of shipping Courier or the Pick up in Show Room and the payment method (Paypal, Credit Card, Bank transfer, Cash on delivery or Payment on collection).
As soon as you have completed and confirmed the order, you will receive an order confirmation email and, subsequently, another email that will notify you of the shipment.

TELEPHONE PURCHASE

If you prefer you can buy by calling us on the phone we will be happy to advise you in your choices. Payment methods, costs and delivery times are the same as online purchases.

DISCOUNT CODE

If you have a DISCOUNT CODE, you can enter it in the appropriate space, in the Cart, before making the payment.

INVOICE

The purchase on Bioalghe.it is reserved for final consumers. Our prices include VAT. For each order we issue a receipt; the document is sent as an attachment to the e-mail confirming the shipment.
For any other billing enquiries, please contact us in advance.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
