Nori Seaweed is a red seaweed belonging to the rhodophyceae family, it has a beautiful purple color. The leaves are so thin and delicate that they melt in the mouth. It is the most palatable of sea vegetables being quick and easy to prepare, it lends itself to all uses. It is also the most palatable for those not yet familiar with seaweed because of its very delicate flavor.
