CHARACTERISTICS

SEA SPAGHETTI (HIMATHALIA ELONGATA) is a brown seaweed belonging to the Class Phaeophyceae. The leaf has the characteristic shape of a large spaghetti and after rehydration swells to become green and fleshy like a common land bean.
